-Cards held on file are only to hold your appointment; you are not charged until after your service is completed.
-Gift cards can only be redeemed with the service provider they were originally purchased from, as each of our providers are individually employed.
-No call, no show appointments will be charged with the card on file up to 100% of the service fee. Please respect our time.
-If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 24 hours of your appointment time.
-If receiving a skincare service, please come in with a clean face (no makeup).
-We do not take insurance, but do accept HSA cards for massage.
-Payments accepted are cash, all major credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, & Cash App.
