Thank you for taking the time to enjoy my yoga classes, graciously offered through Costa Verde at Silver Beach. With 5 years of Yoga under my belt, it never occurred to me to actually share my love for this blissful routine with anyone. A turning point for that mentality was when 2021 rolled around. That year was a huge step for me into the yoga community, with just a handful of classes being instructed on the beach, and 200 hours contributed to receive my Yoga Teacher Training Certificate at the Bodhi Tree, my idea for yoga has drastically turned around. Now this is something I wish to share with many people, so that we all as a collective can continue to spread the love and the light, and raise the energy of humanity in a harmonious way.
