Mary Ellen's studying and honing her many skills as a holistic practitioner have been a part of her life’s journey for almost three decades, and as a practitioner in Madison since 2011. Her work is a combination of Reiki/energy work, intuitive listening and guidance, gentle forms of plant medicine and vibrational flower essences, healthy dietary (food as medicine) and lifestyle recommendations, and incorporates her previous knowledge as a postpartum doula into her care.
