Additional Info: I started my career as a high school Athletic Trainer in 1998, after obtaining my BS in Physical Education and my MS in Exercise Physiology. I returned to school in 2020 and began my journey of healing and wellness by becoming a licensed Massage Therapist and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.
