Priscilla has always enjoyed an active lifestyle. In 2010, she discovered Zumba and fell in love with it instantly. She received her Zumba Certification in 2012, and has been spreading her love and passion for dance and fitness through teaching Zumba, and is one of the most active and popular Zumba instructor in Richmond. Anna is certified in Yoga and dance Latin, Hip Hop and Contemporary Dance professionally. Not only is she awesome in all of it, but she also wants you to join in the fun! She aims to help you consciously move your body and have a blast while you’re at it; to create awareness of yourself, and explore your body’s range of motion through different exercises, in order to achieve your maximum fitness potential!
Megan focuses on “Mindful movement, not mindless movement” in all her classes. It is her goal to try to help educate her clients on proper form and technique, as well as helping them build healthy habits and lifestyle changes that go beyond the gym setting. She loves to challenge you with exercise that counters your everyday movements, balance your muscles, challenge you to your core and help you feel that burn. Originally from Ontario, Megan obtained a Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology at York University. She later pursued a Medical Exercise Specialist Certification (ACE) and completed her Masters of Kinesiology at University of British Columbia.
