Christina is a licensed massage therapist of nearly a decade, a yoga therapist, a new mother, a veteran festival performer, a Brazilian Zouk dancer of 5+ years and now, a local Brazilian Zouk instructor. Based out of Phoenix, AZ, under the wings of Deenie & Elijah, she has taken her hands-on practices of bodywork, movement, and dance and has integrated them into the therapeutic world. From encouraging clients in recovery to gradually move through unprocessed emotions to gently kneading out emotional stagnation in the tissues of her private clients, she’s discovered a link between movement and nervous system regulation. She specializes in myofascial therapy, structural integration, and craniosacral work.
