Amy is a doctor of physical therapy and certified Pilates instructor. She specializes in orthopedic treatment using evidence-based techniques and combines physical therapy and Pilates to heal the body, prevent injuries, and enhance movement. She is passionate about movement and wellness, and loves to learn new skills and share her knowledge with others.
