Phlaurel is a holistic massage therapist with a background in trauma-informed somatic therapies, holistic Thai massage, and calm support for the nervous system. Phlo has 14+ years of experience in reflexology, shiatsu/kiatsu, breathwork, subtle listening & somatic feedback. Their view is that the nervous system is constantly working to heal & realign the body/mind; together we can reconnect the groundwires & smooth out the lines, and the brilliant embodied Earth does the rest. Sessions generally start with foot reflexology to ground & engage the wholebody nerve network, and then we bring that listening into the rest of the embodied field, focusing on areas asking for support. Sessions can also include somatic feedback, guided meditation, breathwork & subtle energyworks, as well as intuitive mindbody navigation support, as available upon request.
Hello my name is Matt Schultz or my sprit name is Mathias I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, as well as a sprit guide for those having trouble moving forward after a loss or coping with the death of a loved one. I have had abilities since I was 6 or 7 years old helping both sides answer questions and helping them to move forward without feeling like they are stuck. I use the Reiki part of me to move stuck energy through you more easier and also have Quantum Touch therapy under my belt as well. Quantum Touch uses the same chakras to move stuck energy through the body as well by physical touch and opening stuck muscles and blockage that is in the body to help people move forward in the physical world as well as spiritually. When you get a massage from me I will try my best to open energy paths and help you heal faster and perhaps guide you through the day with less pain and a better form of clear sight both in the physical as well as the spiritual. Thanks for giving me a chance to work on you and help your day or week move better and with more stability.
