Description: We opened in 2007 and love yoga more than ever. Our welcoming instructors and students will make you feel right at home. The Loft is a beautiful space with new wood floors and heat. We have many styles of classes and skilled instructors.
Additional Info: $170 for 10 class package good towards the Level 2 IN STUDIO class that has a drop-in price of $20. Please pay when you arrive. We accept cash or checks. Class packages available at the studio or contact Elke directly at 617 816 2134.

Lindsay Days
Lindsay is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor, Reiki Master and certified in Sound Healing from Sva Ha Synergy of Sound Training Academy. She graduated UMASS Dartmouth with a B.F.A in Art Education. By day she is a paraprofessional at a local middle school working with student with special needs and at night she teaches painting. She loves to share her passion for yoga and sound with students of all ages.
