Lisa Beth North is the CEO and co-founder of NorthStar Luxe. She is a professional makeup artist, licensed esthetician and hairstylist, with years of experience in the industry. ​ With a passion for makeup, stemming from a childhood love of the art form, Lisa aspired to set herself apart from other makeup artists in the field. She pursued a fine arts degree and studied at the prestigious Parsons School of Design in NYC, with a focus on fashion design. After training at the Aveda Institute, Lisa went on to graduate from the David Pressely School of Cosmetology. ​ Lisa created NorthStar Luxe in response to her rapidly growing client base. She continues to be a highly sought-after beauty professional in the greater metropolitan Detroit area. ​ The company started their own skincare line. Polaris Cream, a water-based cream with CBD oil is now available for purchase.

With over 20 years experience, I love to give natural styles you can recreate at home. I am a master colorist, & I enjoy working with color everyday!
