Since I was born and raised in Orlando, it is my pleasure to practice and serve people in my hometown. I studied at the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy where I completed a 750-hour Massage Therapy program and then went on to work in the relaxation setting. However, I knew going through massage school that I didn’t just want to help people through relaxation massage - I wanted to do more. After a year of experience at Massage Envy, I had the opportunity to work at a Physical Therapy Wellness Center where Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers mentored me. I worked alongside these professionals as they helped athletes and people get out of pain, and improve their posture and movement. The amount of knowledge I gained was insurmountable. During my time there I was also rewarded with a scholarship to get certified in Structural Integration from the Anatomy Trains program. I completed 640.5 hours of training in places like Maine, and Montreal, Quebec and am now a fully certified Structural Integration Practitioner. As a Structural Integrator, I have the knowledge and skills to help my clients acquire long-lasting results by relieving dysfunction and pain, improving posture and movement, and gaining bodily awareness. I love what I do, I love to learn, and I love to help people.
