Holly has been a fitness professional since 1980, and has been certified as a Pilates instructor since 2000. She was inspired to teach Pilates while recovering from bulging discs from a bad skiing fall. "I now live pain free, that's why Pilates Central exists!" Through Pilates she helps her clients get a great workout and have fun. Holly offers a unique combination of experience, education and empathy to all levels of students to help them accomplish every type of fitness goal. Holly enjoys the challenge of developing different workout programs for a diverse audience such as professional ballet dancers an Olympic figure skater, professional baseball and soccer players, active clients, older clients as well as clients who come for injury recovery. Holly has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Swimming coach, Professional Ski Instructor, and Swat Team Trainer. She studied with Richard Rossiter, received her Masters in Pilates at the Pilates Center, studied under Cara Reeser, Colleen Glenn, and received her Peak Pilates Master Instructor Certification. Holly has now added an Advanced Rossiter Stretching Coach certification to her repertoire to help clients reduce pain quickly. Holly enjoys traveling with her husband (of over 45 years) family time with their children and grandchildren. She and Phil ski and hike and play with their dog Blue.
