Please note ABSOLUTELY no refunds are provided for any Service. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Cancellation policy, states due to no call no show for any reason, entire service amount is due & results in NOT being able to ever book again. Late 15 minutes or More will result in a $15 late fee & could also result in cancellation by provider. Late cancellation less than 24 hours results in 50% of service being charged. If you have to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in adv. your deposit will be forfeited. Please Note I DO NOT LASH OVER OTHER LASH TECHS WORK, do not book a fill of i did not apply the lashes you currently have, Unless advised otherwise. If you have questions about this please ask. In the event I agree to service you with someone else’s work present there will be a $45 fee added to my service cost due to any mishaps that may occur. As of August 10, 2022. All squeeze in appointments will require an additional $300 fee. Squeeze appointments are any appointments that are not booked online, unless told otherwise by provider. Squeeze in fees will also apply to same day appointments ( appointments made the day of service)
