Hi friends! I’m Kim, a plant-eating, cat-loving, book-reading yogi who has been practicing yoga since 2010. I left the corporate world after 15 years to pursue my passion of sharing yoga with others. I completed 500 hours of yoga teacher training and 200 hours of Qigong training through Yoga Farm Ithaca and certifications in sound healing, sacred mantra, and Yoga Nidra through MindSound with Megan Hook. Piper Moon Yoga is truly a dream come true – I can’t wait to meet you!
Greetings! I’m Brenda. My first yoga class was in 1998 when I was looking for a way to reduce stress while balancing family and work life. That was when my love of yoga began. My yoga certifications began in 2019 with a 200-hour Vinyasa Krama teacher training with Gratitude Hot Yoga in Raleigh, 300-hour Hatha and Qigong teacher training with Yoga Farm Ithaca, 50-hour Yin teacher training with Asana at Home with Bernie Clark, and Reiki 1 Attunement with Fran Wellgood. When I’m not on my mat or crunching numbers, I enjoy spending time with my family and cats, biking on the greenways, traveling and living a healthy lifestyle. I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
Diane has been practicing yoga since 2005. She is certified to teach Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin, and Restorative yoga styles. Diane completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training through the Movement Wisdom school with Jess Rose and recently joined the Yoga Alliance. Diane practices mindful yoga while demonstrating knowledge of asana, yoga anatomy, pranayama, and yoga history & philosophy. She is an animal lover and in her spare time enjoys visiting assisted living homes, schools, and hospitals with her certified therapy dog, “Piper!”
