The mentorship program is how we share our vision and approach while helping incoming stylists hone the technical aspects of our craft. The mentor and new talent provide services; your look becomes a product of our combined perspectives. We promote our team as a collaboration rather than a teacher-student model, as everyone delivering the service is a licensed professional. This duality approach keeps us at the forefront of hair design. It's a new spin on an apprenticeship program—a win-win for all.
