Description: Propaganda The Salon, established in 1994, inspired the need for a salon by hair stylists for hair stylists and for clients who appreciate a salon that produces outstanding work without all the fluff.
Additional Info: *MENTORSHIP PROGRAM* The mentorship program is how we share our vision and approach while helping incoming stylists hone the technical aspects of our craft. The mentor and new talent provide services; your look becomes a product of our combined perspectives. We promote our team as a collaboration rather than a teacher-student model, as everyone delivering the service is a licensed professional. This duality approach keeps us at the forefront of hair design. It's a new spin on an apprenticeship program—a win-win for all. This program is a way for new talented stylists who have just entered their beauty career to understand the fundamentals, not only of the services Propaganda provides, but also of being a professional stylist. This dynamic of learning from both mentor and mentee allows for personal and professional growth within the program while having a much-needed helping hand in understanding how to navigate daily life in a salon.
