Graduating from yoga teacher training in 2019 and lead my first class in this very space when it was previously Lutz Yoga & Massage. I am focused on guiding individuals through a mindful yoga practice physically and spiritually. Encouraging intentional living and embodying mindfulness. Pairing your breath with movement as we flow through the postures to decrease stress & anxiety, while increasing strength physically and mentally. As the owner/founder of The Calm Collective, I am dedicated to bringing a sense of calm to the community through this intimate yoga spa.
