Her journey began when she was searching for a way to enhance her fitness routine and improve her posture. Allison learned Mat pilates and then eventually experienced reformer which led her to the career of a Pilates Instructor. Allison is passionate about teaching pilates because of the emphasis on the mind to body connection in the practice - something we can all benefit from in today’s fast-paced world! She believes that Pilates has the ability to relieve stress and also leaves clients feeling more confident in themselves after each session. Seeing clients improve and become empowered with their body through Pilates is incredibly rewarding, and the endless opportunities for learning, both as a student and instructor, make this practice so fulfilling to her.
