Additional Info: Rooted Hands Wellness pricing is all-inclusive. This means upgrades such as Deep Tissue, Cupping, Hot Stones, Deep Blue Muscle Cream, and DoTERRA Essential Oils are INCLUDED in my rates. This allows me to use the tools needed to give you the best results during and after our sessions without charging clients for each “upgrade”.
Although tipping is greatly appreciated it is not expected.
Starting March 1st, rates will be changing and clients will be able to sign up for memberships!

I am the therapist and owner here at Rooted Hands wellness. I have been practicing massage for 10+ years and I am eager coming into work each day. I know that as a client it can be difficult finding an LMT who fully listens to your needs and meets your expectations, I am here to change the game! In each of my sessions I curate a massage that is focused on my clients areas of discomfort/concern with the right amount of pressure desired. As a long time therapist I am able to easily read and connect with the body while letting my hands guide the way. Whether you have acute or chronic pain or if you're someone simply needing a restorative massage I can assure you that you will find relief in my work.
