I received my Rolfing Certificate from The Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2013, just outside Boulder CO (731 hours). My Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy certification was done at The Colorado School of Energy Studies, in Gunnbarrel CO, 750 hours) with John and Anne Chitty instructing. The focus of my work is to get people out of pain, teach them what they need to do to stay out of pain, and if I cannot help them, to find them the next or more effective step on the road to wellness and the freedom feeling good can bring.
