Jamie has been a life-long dancer. Her undergraduate degree is in dance education. She is a trained pole dancer since March of 2019, and a certified pole instructor through XPERT Fitness since September of 2022. She is also a certified sports nutrition coach through NASM. She loves helping people get in touch with themselves and their personal movement style! Her mission is to help people of all fitness backgrounds and levels live their happiest, healthiest lives!
