Holly Obrist and her husband Ryan Obrist are the proud owners of Shear Bliss Salon. Shear Bliss was opened in February of 2010. Holly loves every aspect of the salon, but her true passion is color. Holly enjoys creating fashionable looks for her clients.

Hi! I’m Sammie Harmon and I’ve been part of the Shear Bliss team since 2023. I really enjoy getting to know all of my clients and building a great rapport with each and every one of them. While I love everything hair design, cutting and styling is my passion. You’ll find me in the salon Wednesday through Friday available by appointments and walk ins (if time allows) and Saturdays by appointment only. If you’re new to my chair - Hello! Patsy joined the Shear Bliss team in 2012. Patsy is a nail technician and stylist. Patsys' speciality is shellac manicures and pedicures. Patsy works Monday thru Friday, and Saturdays by appointment only.

Megan Kephart

Megan is a full time nail tech at Shear Bliss. Megan enjoys all aspects of the nails. She is most talented in nail art and does amazing pedicures, and loves shellac products. Megan works Monday thru Friday, and every other Saturday

I studied at Aveda Institute in Portland. I’m a licensed Esthitician in Oregon and certified lash tech through Borboleta. I offer classic and volume lash extensions.
