Altheria "Ally" Mann LMBT # 20448 I am a licensed massage and bodywork therapist originally from Columbus, Ohio. I began my therapeutic massage career in 2014, after graduating from Heritage College. As a massage therapist, I specialize in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Sports Massage, and Prenatal, and I like to incorporate both myofascial releases and muscle energy techniques. I feel as though my massage style is different than most because I like to find the root of the problem and work it out with my own special touch and relaxation techniques. One thing I love most about being a massage therapist is having the ability to treat clients and help them feel his or her best.
