I am a licensed acupuncturist and clinical herbalist who received my training from Bastyr University. I believe in treating each person as an individual. I specialize in pain, autoimmunity, hormonal and mental health disorders. I’m also certified to perform cupping, gua sha, electro and cosmetic acupuncture as well as hair tissue mineral analysis testing (HTMA). From a young age I knew I wanted to be in the healing arts, it was just about finding my unique place. After a bout of chronic histamine issues and trying every modality in the book to heal myself, I found solace in acupuncture and herbal medicine which healed me in just one treatment after a year of suffering. From there I was sold. My current interests include backpacking, camping, working out, cooking and photography. I reside in Kirkland with my lovely partner Jason and our wild husky Mira. My ethos is that touch, attentiveness, and individualized care are core components to a compassionate practitioner. It is my greatest honor to walk alongside you on your journey to optimal wellness.
