Lien's journey began when she escaped from Vietnam and was sponsored to the United States of America in 1982. Like many immigrants, she worked tirelessly to achieve the American dream, which she eventually did. However, she found herself unhappy with her life. In 2006, her marriage ended, and in 2008, she lost all her finances due to real estate investments. Feeling hopeless and helpless, she embarked on a quest to discover the purpose and meaning of life. Little did she know, this journey led her to discover self-love, which became the foundation for her to feel grounded and thrive authentically. She came to realize that, like many people, she had lost sight of what life truly meant, and that this meaning varies for each individual. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. Lien understood that unless individuals delve deep into their own stories to identify what's hindering them from feeling self-love and grounded, achieving optimal health and happiness can be incredibly challenging. Inspired by her own hardships and experiences, Lien pursued further education and obtained certifications to help others who are searching for something missing within themselves and seeking better health.
