Using slow, deep stretching at the beginning of each massage allows Kip to assess patterns of concentrated tension and to build a plan for an efficient and purposeful massage incorporating myofascial release, hot stone, CranioSacral Therapy and trigger point techniques. Massage should never hurt, but using enough pressure to address stubborn adhesions is a priority. Having grown up in the midwest trading back rubs with a stressed out mom and siblings, Kip understands the value of relaxation and enjoys learning about massage techniques from around the world.
