I believe everyone should include some sort of massage modality into their self-care routine. Graduated from the ANMT program at NHI in January 2021. I enjoy doing trigger point therapy. Santa Rosa Medical Massage taught me how to use massage tools like the percussion machine, gua sha tools, KT Tape, & cupping. I like to use these tools in sessions as well, my go-to would be the scraper tool followed by some cupping if needed. I've been told I have a heavy hand, if you like deep pressure.
I take pride in offering my services with a compassionate and client centered mindset. There is a spontaneous therapeutic quality in my work, my desire to help is genuine and rooted deep inside of me. The massage modality that I feel more aligned with is Deep Tissue, my ultimate goal as a Massage Therapist is to combine Therapeutic and Somatic work. Keeping learning and researching is very important to me: I’m about to start my training at NHI’s Advanced Neuromuscular Program.
When Ashley graduated from NHI she received a letter of excellence for massage therapy professionalism. She believes more massage should be integrated into everyone’s life. She’s seen how transformative it can be, whether it be for emotional health, pain management, or for stress and anxiety. Ashley loves seeing her clients leave her table relaxed and at ease. When Ashley’s not working she enjoys reading, walking, and enjoying family time with her husband and kids.
