I'm a San Diego native who grew up right here in east county and am now proudly serving our east county community and beyond! As a career woman and single mother (of a now adult), I know how essential self-care is. I’ve designed services and events that allow you to unplug, recharge, and release any tension your mind and body is holding onto. I’ve been in the healing arts professionally since 2007 and have never been more in love with my craft than I am today. I specialize in corrective bodywork, energy healing, meditation coaching, am a reiki educator and host unique healing retreats. I take great pride in the fact that I continue to advance my education regularly. Currently, I am studying for my Doctorate in Oriental Medicine and am looking forward to the day that I can add acupuncture and herbal formulas to my menu of services! While most massage therapists offer a relaxing experience, I see my role as your service provider a bit differently. I have a deep understanding for the mind/body/emotional connection and work closely with each guest to craft an ideal healing experience while providing tools for them to carry into their daily life. Together, we will create a long-term regimen tailored to your unique lifestyle to leave you feeling more balanced, grounded, and nurtured so that you are the best version of yourself for both you and those around you. When I’m not in my office I’m often traveling with my family or out hiking with my dog. Being connected to nature grounds me and allows me to show up fully and authentically for each guest.
