Amy Rose Stabley

Amy Rose Stabley, ERYT 500, CNA has been teaching Yoga for over 10 years and practicing for over 20 years. She has studied and taught all over the world including India, New Zealand, and Australia. Amy Rose taught meditation, gentle yoga, restorative yoga, pre/post natal yoga, and assisted teacher trainings at Yoga Works in Los Angeles for over 8 years. One of Amy's greatest honors was sharing Yoga at the Cancer Support Community in Los Angeles for over 5 years. Amy Rose is the founder of GOGI Yoga, (Getting Out by Going In) which empowers incarcerated individuals to be GOGI Yoga instructors.

Lee has been teaching for over 10 years professionally in Los Angeles. She is a certified in Yin Yoga and is an Urban Zen Therapist. Lee brings Joy to all her classes.

Jessie Collins

Jessie Collins began her yoga practice in 2014 and it quickly became an integral part of her life. Through Yoga, Jessie has developed a healthy relationship with her body and learned how to practice self compassion. She completed her 200hr training with Tina Clay and Christina Rairdan of Bend Yoga. "My mission is to meet students where they are by offering a supportive, judgement-free environment where they're able to explore and grow. I approach my classes with a playful spirit and encourage my students to do the same. Incorporating music and creative sequencing with a healthy dose of mindfulness and self-reflection, I hope to create a positive experience that allows students to let their lights shine."
