I'm an ACE certified personal trainer in Denver, CO! I developed a passion for fitness when I started Track & Field in middle school and I joined a gym in high school. I learned more about weight-lifting, endurance training and nutrition while in college, and the gym was my sanctuary. I graduated from CU Boulder and received a certification in personal training with a specialization in women’s fitness with a sports nutrition certificate, sports performance certificate, a postpartum fitness certificate, and a major weight loss certificate. I am also in the process of completing certificates in injury rehabilitation, pilates mat & the biomechanics method of corrective exercise. I spend a lot of time furthering my education to stay informed on the latest research in exercise physiology. I also have maintained a consistent relationship to fitness myself for the past 14 years. I exercise almost everyday and partake in a diverse fitness routine. I regularly explore different fitness activities, but most often I run, strength train, and take pilates classes. In 2020, I decided to leave the commercial gym scene to start my own business. I strive everyday to foster an empowering, motivating and supportive environment for all of my clients, while helping them to achieve all of their fitness and health goals through maintaining a healthy and consistent relationship to fitness 🌺
