Olivia has been practicing massage for over 20 years, in Arizona, Mexico D.F. and now in North Carolina. Trained in Swedish massage, trigger-point therapy and myofascial release at The Desert Institute of Healing Arts in Tucson, Arizona in 1996. Olivia completed the JRNI Life Coaching Certification program in March of 2020 and is currently persuing her Somatic Experiencing Practitioner's Certification, a 3 year program. She loves introducing clients to the experience of lasting change in areas of thier lives where they have felt stuck or in pain. She hopes to serve as a guide across a bridge to greater sense of wholeness, expansion and joy. She lives with her two daughters in Carrboro.
Pam Donnelly, a licensed massage therapist (NC LMBT #16483) is a 1998 graduate of the Somerset School of Massage Therapy in NJ. She had the privilege of serving as a volunteer massage therapist at the 2000 Summer Olympic games in Sydney, Australia. In 2003, Pam began practicing Structural Integration, the work of Dr Ida Rolf. Through the 10 sessions of connective tissue manipulation, it is possible to realign and reorganize the body. It can be a powerful experience to help rid the client of injuries and compensations and restore them to a pain-free life. Prior to becoming a bodyworker, Pam spent 18 years desk-bound in the corporate world. Her own experience with headaches and neck pain as well as a ski fall has given her compassionate insight into providing resolution focused sessions.
Todd has been a licensed massage therapist since 2012 when he graduated from the Body Therapy Institute in Siler City, NC. Born and raised in Massachusetts, Todd has a passion for the healing arts as well as outdoor adventures, including hiking and mountain biking. Todd has worked with many athletes from UNC and Duke and is excellent at DEEP TISSUE incorporating stretching, trigger point, myofascial release and energy work into the treatments. He will untangle your body and calm your mind.
