Tanya graduated from East-West College of the Healing Arts in 2015. She specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Thai Massage, and enjoys blending techniques from these and various other modalities to provide a unique and multifaceted experience on the table. Tanya's strength lies in her ability to give deep, therapeutic massage with a soothing presence. Having worked with people from a wide range of demographics and health conditions, she is committed to providing a customized massage to fit each individual's needs. Jasmine graduated from the Professional Massage Therapy Program at the Nevada School of Massage in 2006. Most recently, she spent five years as Lead Massage Therapist with the Portland Trailblazers, and prior to that she worked four years with the Portland Timbers and Portland Thorns. She specializes in deep tissue sports massage and is known for her ability to reduce recovery time, improve mobility and enhance overall performance. Jasmine expertly tailors her sessions to the unique needs of every client, providing a holistic wellness experience to promote balance of mind and body. Maren excels at deep tissue massage, swedish massage, and sports massage. She is also experienced in lymphatic drainage massage, trigger point therapy and hot stone massage. She has worked with diverse conditions including SI joint dysfunction, sciatica and piriformis syndrome, torticollis (neck problem), frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, carpal tunnel, headaches and all manner of back and knee pain. She attended the Utah College of Massage Therapy in 2017, where she received 750 hours of education and earned her license. She has honed her skills at a number of high-end day spas during the past eight years, and moved back to the Northwest in 2024. Having lived for a time in Utah, where many residents have active lifestyles, she is experienced at working on hikers, runners, skiers, and mountain-bikers, as well as college athletes: football, basketball, volleyball and soccer. Maren states "My passion, and the reason I became a licensed massage therapist, is to help people feel good in their bodies. Cheryl specializes in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (Ashi), having studied extensively with founder Ruthie Hardee. She has great success in reducing and eliminating chronic and acute muscular pain. The name is formed by “Ashi” (foot) and “atsu” (pressure) this therapy combines barefoot Swedish massage with oil, sustained deep compression, and myofascial release techniques. This Western spin on barefoot massage has many benefits: to improve posture, treat spinal problems, release tight shoulders, hips and hamstrings, relieve pain, release toxins, and calm the nervous system.

Sherrie's training in health & wellness coaching caps a forty-year career as an exercise and health professional. As a long-time Clinical Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehab, she has always focused on meeting individuals where they're at today, then helped them find what uniquely works to achieve lasting lifestyle change for improved wellness and quality of life. Sherrie has both undergraduate and master's degrees in Exercise Science, is a certified cancer exercise trainer, and has an Exercise is Medicine Level 3 credential (EIM).
