Message from Debbie: I've been coaching for over 12 years and have learned so much from my clients and have been so fortunate to contribute to so many other's success. While I coach on all things gifting, my ideal client is someone who has been in the industry for a while and is looking to level up. I've been very fortunate to have success in two gift basket companies, a drop ship gift basket company, as a product distributor, host of the National Gift Basket Convention (now The Gift Designers Conference) and the founder of Jocelyn & Co. I love taking all of that experience and rolling it up to help others achieve their dreams. Bio: Self-proclaimed "Silicon Valley dropout" Debbie Quintana left her corporate job to go full force into the gifting industry. She combined her previous sales and marketing along with her technology experience to launch her first gift basket company, Gourmet Gifts. A few years later, she purchased Gift Marketing Alliance (now called The Gifting Marketplace) which is a drop shipping and starter kit company and serves thousands of customer in the United States, Europe and Canada. To give back to her community, Quintana launched The Gift Basket Association in 2009 (now called The Gift Designers Association) to create a safe environment to collaborate and gain the skillsets needed to become successful in the gifting industry. In 2011, Quintana took over the National Gift Basket Convention (now called The Gift Designers Conference) which is held every August in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2020, Debbie founded, designed and curated a new brand, Jocelyn & Co. named after her granddaughter. Her passion for the gifting industry has helped thousands of passionate gift designers become successful. Debbie's style is very straight-forward and honest.
