'Phoenix Rising Bodyworks' 817 705 4238 Cell # The focus of Dana's services is relaxation and grounding the client back into their body. Whether it's hot stones on the back to help release physical tension or using Reiki to assist in clearing up energetic blockages, she draws from 20 years of experience being involved in so many avenues of massage and bodywork. Sometimes the trick may be a certain stretch or pressing on an adjacent muscle or breathing more in the session. Dana is famous for being very quiet as she works. She has trained in Ayurveda (ancient Indian medicine) and offers treatments hard to find in the Savannah area. She is also an NCBTMB-approved continuing education provider for other LMTs.

'It's All Connected' 904-687-3284 Cell # Theresa is new to the Savannah area. She specializes in deep tissue, integrative, and chronic pain relief therapies. 'Clinical Neuromuscular Therapy' is Theresa's preferred modality in treating soft tissue injuries. Her 'Integrative Massage' is a combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point work, stretching, vacuum cupping, and massage gun to meet your needs.

'Empowered Foundations' 804-502-1890 Cell # Tiana has been practicing massage therapy since 2002 and occupational therapy since 2015. Her massage treatments are individualized. She listens carefully to her client’s needs and addresses those areas. Tiana has honed her skills over the years to develop her style of a mix of gentle relaxing techniques and deep tissue injury management. She combines a variety of massage modalities: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point release, and lymphatic massage. She has specialized training in prenatal/postpartum massage and has more recently completed training in Thai massage.

'Empowered Foundations' 804-502-1890 Cell # Tuesdays are reserved for Pelvic Floor Therapy clients only. Tiana is an occupational therapist specializing in pelvic floor health for men and women. She is passionate about normalizing conversations about pelvic and sexual health and educating and empowering women in our community. Please allow her to show you how to create support systems, rediscover your own body, use your daily activities to strengthen your core and pelvic floor - and heal.

Apprentice Esthetician 609-364-3249 Cell # Elisa is our Level 3 Esthetician Apprentice. She has dedicated the past year to education, product knowledge, and honing her style. As an Esthetician Apprentice, she offers discounted skincare services to all new and recurring clients as she builds her business at the Suite Life Spa. She can't wait to meet you!

Specializing in facials, Andrea's passion lies in delivering exceptional results tailored to each client's skin type and goals. Tara has an unsurpassed knowledge of the skincare products, treatments, and procedures on the market today. She happily shares this information with her clients to help them make informed decisions about what will improve their skin.
