Grether is a self-taught makeup artist with more than 7 years of experience in the beauty industry. Driven by her passion for enhancing beauty and empowering women, she became a licensed esthetician and a permanent makeup artist. Grether specializes in eyebrow shaping, tinting, and powder brows (PMU). She is known for her exceptional ability to listen to her clients and cater to their unique beauty needs.

Adriana has years of experience in customer service, but decided to pursue a career in the beauty world which led her to become a licensed esthetician. Adriana began in the beauty world over 10 years ago as a makeup artist but grew a true passion for brow artistry. She currently specializes in brow shaping, tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts and dermaplaning. Adriana is a passionate individual, who takes pride in her work and is always perfecting her craft. She believes a client's satisfaction is of the upmost importance.

Silvia has been a licensed esthetician since 1998 and has specialized in expert eyebrow design. She is the creator of Red Carpet Brows™ which incorporates waxing, tweezing and tinting to create a more defined and finished look for eyebrows. Recently, her focus has been in training and mentoring new estheticians in the art of eyebrow design and hair removal.
