Description: Boutique fitness studio providing indoor cycling (Spin), TRX (Suspension Strength Training), Barre, and Aerial group exercise classes. The studio is meant to provide boutique fitness at a sustainable price.

Additional Info: Please bring a pair of clean shoes to wear during all your classes. All bikes (Keiser M3i) are equipped with pedals that allow for SPD Cleats or sneakers. Also NO metal water bottles on the bikes.
