Estera is a Romani Sufi immigrant that specializes in women's care. She is driven by her passion for holistic health practices and a desire to explore alternative paths, she embarked on a journey of self-exploration and education in massage therapy where her innate curiosity and desire to make tangible difference in people's lives led to pursue her true calling. That motivation pushed her to enter Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy and ended up as the Valedictorian of her class. As a graduate student with the highest academic standing of her class in clinical massage therapy, and a continuing student at Zen Shiatsu, Estera is constantly expanding her skill set and knowledge regarding bodywork and its benefits, including her degree in Kinesiology. She has training in multiple massage modalities, but her favorites are prenatal, myofascial, reflexology, and shiatsu. Her approach to massage therapy is a combination of Eastern and Western care with over 5 years experience and over 500 sessions underneath her belt. Magdalena (Maggie) is dedicated, andpassionate and has 15 years of experience as a Massage therapist along with her background in physical therapy in her country of origin. She has clinical experience working in physical therapy and chiropractic clinics. Her journey into the world of healing touch and physical rehabilitation began in Europe, where she embarked on a path that eventually led her to become a licensed practitioner here in the United States. Throughout her career, she have strived to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of individuals, helping them alleviate physical discomfort and regain their mobility. Her fascination with the art of massage therapy first blossomed in Europe, where she had rigorous training and education. She became proficient in various massage techniques, from the soothing and relaxation-inducing Swedish massage to the deep tissue and sports massage methods that target specific areas of tension and discomfort. This training laid the foundation for her practice, allowing her to develop a deep understanding of the power of touch and its ability to provide relief and relaxation. When she moved to the United States, she embraced the challenge of working with clients who required specialized rehabilitation support. Her background in massage therapy became a vital asset in this endeavour, allowing her to offer a holistic approach to physical recovery. Vince is a native of the Philippines. He grew up seeing his grandmother's work as an alternative healer practising "hilot" (Hilot pronounced HEE-lot is an ancient Filipino art of hands-on healing that involves intuition and massage.) He has been always a strong believer in hilot massage because he has seen the result of it from people that have been the beneficiary of it including himself and even his children. Vince is not only a believer in massage therapy but is always interested in the whole health holistic approach. He had the chance to work with medical professionals and was exposed to and explored the physical therapy world. All his training in the healthcare field inspired him to do more and desired to help people achieve overall wellness by learning the intricacies of various bodywork modalities and strengthening his awareness of alternative medicine. Vince specializes and was always interested in Thai, orthopaedics/sports, shiatsu and combining them with Swedish or deep tissue technique and many more modalities in his toolbox as a bodyworker. With his experience, He now considers himself an integral part of his client’s health care team, as someone who helps reduce/manage pain and restore physical function. Vince incorporates all his advanced massage techniques tailored to address individual needs to relax, relieve stress and physical discomfort and contribute to overall wellness. His comprehensive approach to massage and bodywork comes from a unique emphasis on the importance of touch combined with an extensive background in kinesiology and anatomy.
