Melanie Requet is a Certified Bodywork Practitioner with 16 years experience. She specializes in Deep Flow, LomiLomi, Pregancy massages & Reiki ~ Energy Healing. She uses mindful presence, energy healing and body-reading skills during her sessions. She 'listens' with her hands, allowing her intuition to guide her work.  Her intention is to create a deeply connected, nurturing experience where muscular tensions are released and the nervous system is deeply soothed. Melanie's personal journey into bodywork has been a healing journey and she continues to explore how bodywork helps us connect with our body, heart and soul.  She is committed to continued professional development and maintains her own practices in meditation, energy healing and embodiment through 5 Rhythms ecstatic dance and QiGong. Melanie has traveled the world in pursuit of professional development opportunities. She loves going to the source to learn traditional energy healing and massage techniques (Europe, India, Hawaii, Bali and Canada). She is a graduate of the Vancouver School of Bodywork & Massage (2007) where she studied Deep-Flow, Deep tissue, Sweedish, Reflexology, India head massage, Aromatherapy and Pregnancy massages.
