Kathleen (she/her) is a breathwork teacher, craniosacral therapist, licensed massage therapist, entrepreneur, and perfumer with over 14 years of experience in The Healing Arts.

Cassi Flint — a Licensed Massage Therapist, craniosacral therapist, nature lover, and water baby — is curious about how we orient ourselves in time and space through the body. She is motivated by our capacity to rewrite the stories held within our anatomy. Sessions are dedicated time for intentional listening to what the body has to say. Though sometimes the process brings up discomfort, her practice aims to help you navigate the obstacles to conscious connection. Her intention for each session is that you walk out the door feeling new connections — within your anatomy, to breath, to the intricate web that holds us all. Cassi has practiced bodywork since 2018 and her work is inspired by an exploration of Feldenkrais, Somatic Experiencing, breathwork, and yoga.

Anna has been working in the field of mental health for many years and is forever learning about the many ways back to our true selves and the multiple paths to healing. Over the past several years, aligned with her own spiritual practice, she has begun to practice Reiki as a gentle yet powerful tool to invite a deepening of connection to ourselves and to step deeper into our truest expression. After many years of receiving Reiki and finding the practice to be deeply transformative, she trained in Level 1 &; 2 Usui Holy Fire Reiki to be able to share this practice with others in the community. It is her goal to bring the healing properties of this practice to her community in a way that feels accessible to all who feel called to receive it. Anna grew up in different cultures and countries around the world and now calls New Orleans home. She is also a certified yoga teacher, lover of the ocean and student of dreams, symbols and archetypes. She loves going on adventures and being in nature as much as possible. Her goal is to create a space of deep restoration, relaxation and re-connection with some magic sprinkled in.
