Expect to be heard. Whatever your needs are in requesting a private session or series I am here as your guide. I will lead you toward your individual goals. Clients come to me for a variety or reasons, but here are a few common ways I support people: getting back in touch with your body i.e. better balance, mobility, spacial awareness, and confidence; Strength for living your best life and beyond i.e. playing with children, riding a horse again, or becoming self sufficiently independent; Pelvic Health education and healing; Stress relief through better breathing, meditating, moving, and pain management; Habit building for home practices and routines. Your journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual wellness matters to me, on and off the mat. It matters for you, for your family, for your work, play, and community. I teach at a slower pace than many would imagine, so that you have a chance to notice how your body is responding and feeling with novel movement. Slower does not have to mean easier because you ultimately choose your pace and repetitions. I teach to your anatomy, your physiology, and your mindset by giving options, modifications, and permission. I offer private sessions in person and online: Tuesday and Thursday mornings to midday Ten Sleep, Wednesdays all day Worland.
I teach public classes in Ten Sleep, Worland, and online through Zoom. Expect slow to moderately paced movements from seated to standing. We warm the big joints up first, then challenge the body's balance, strength, and mobility. We end with a cool down and rest to integrate the practice more fully. While moving at a slower pace you have a chance to notice how your body is responding and feeling. Slower does not have to mean easier because you ultimately choose your pace and repetitions. I aim to offer enough accessibility fore most through options for modification and permission to play. I design classes that cater to the needs of the human body, as it walks about life, interacting with family, work, and play. Your journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual wellness matters to me, on and off the mat. It matters for you, for your family, for your work, play, and community. In respecting yoga's roots I leave room for meditation and light philosophy in all my classes.
