Wendy Lee Wellness 

Wendy Lloyd is a E-RYT Yoga Instructor, Somatic and Reiki practitioner, blending holistic wellness practices to support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Her journey with holistic wellness began in 2011, when she turned to Yoga & Meditation to ease anxiety and depression. Wendy has deepened her understanding of the body and spirit through yoga, breathwork, and energy healing. Her teachings are rooted in the belief that Yoga is not just a practice, but a sacred journey towards awakening our highest selves. Through breath, movement, and somatic practices, Wendy guides students to reconnect with their bodies and experience their own inner wisdom. Her intention is to make Yoga and holistic wellness accessible to everyone, honoring the sacredness of each practice and each moment.
