Kate Rice
Kate has been practicing bodywork for 19 years, finding her passion when she started her education at SouthWest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She focused her studies on deep tissue/therapeutic massage, neck-shoulder release, reflexology, and prenatal massage, and lymphatic massage. In 2018 she deepened her practice by completing her Ayurveda Health Counselor certification through MN Institute of Ayurveda. With her experience she has developed a strong intuition for the human body and a belief that you must take a holistic and integrated approach to maintain good health. Kate uses all her modalities to create a truly personal and customized experience for each client.
