As we move through the holiday season I want to share with my community that self care is even more important. As a parent and business owner I see that these times can also fall hard on many both emotionally and financially. So for 2 weeks I am offering my services at a discounted rate, in hopes that those with lower incomes or less access to bodywork and other holistic services may be able to treat themselves.
